A packet of Blotting Paper Tissues are a well heeled item to keep in your bag or for traveling.  I think they are an absolute must have for very oily skin.  Blotting papers absorb oil, yet won't remove makeup.  Just dab, don't rub and it will do the job quickly and efficiently.  It's a good alternative if you don't like face powder, too.
